Programme Management: Developing, monitoring, and managing the M&E programme. We identify critical paths, track progress against milestones, and proactively mitigate any scheduling risks to ensure timely project delivery.
Design & Site Coordination: Leading the coordination between M&E contractors, the main contractor, and other design disciplines. We manage coordination workshops to resolve interfaces and ensure the physical installation aligns with the final coordinated design (BIM/CAD).
Quality Control & Compliance: Overseeing the contractor's site quality procedures. This includes regular site inspections (often complementing our Clerk of Works service), reviewing installation methods, and verifying that workmanship and materials meet the project specifications and all regulatory standards.
Financial Control & Reporting: Working closely with our Quantity Surveying team to manage the M&E contract. We monitor expenditure, assess variations, validate payment applications, and provide transparent financial reporting to keep the client fully informed of project costs.

Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the central point of communication for all M&E matters, ensuring clear, timely, and effective information flow among all project parties (client, design team, contractors, and end-users).

Procurement Support: Assisting the client or main contractor with the technical review of M&E sub-contractor bids and managing the procurement of long-lead, specialist M&E equipment.
