• Fully Coordinated Construction Drawings (IFC): Issuing detailed, fully dimensioned Issued For Construction (IFC) drawings. These are derived directly from our coordinated BIM models, showing exact positions, set-out points, and interfaces with all structural and architectural elements.

• Final Statutory Calculations: Completing and verifying all complex calculations, including:

  • Final Part L Compliance Reports (SBEM/DSM).
